This item was well made. It took a little time but I knew that in advance. I love it but the shower I bought it for is not until the end of the month.

A little bit about the owner:
I always thought I would be a career mom, some sort of CEO of a large company, you know, skirt suit, hair in a neat bun, briefcase, the picture of success. That all changed when our first daughter was born. Family became the sole purpose and not so much a career.
I left my job to stay at home, three kids later - no regrets.
When I became pregnant with our second child I wanted to decorate the nursery, but we didn't have much left in the pot to spend on decor.
So I created a sign that soon started what is now my business, "primd!"
We now have three kids, the last one it's still very young... It's a bit challenging at times to take care of the house, school schedules, sports, homework, orders...leaving me working very late hours when the house is asleep, but I love it!
Just give me that cup of coffee and off I go

My husband works hard so I can stay at home with our beautiful girls. Working on my signs and other designs is something that I truly enjoy. It's also a way for me to give back to my husband, so he can take a day off here and there =)
I am very flexible and will take suggestions, so if you would prefer one of my items, but in a different color, or size, just convo me, I appreciate all comments. I try to make the item as close to the picture, but they are all made at different times, with unique pieces of wood, some may have more knots and wood grain than others, so there may be some variations.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, I will work hard to help you locate the package. While I will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. I encourage you to call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
Items are typically shipped via priority mail, USPS...Priority mail times are generally 3-5 days, or less.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS Priority mail NOW insures mail up to $50, I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages on any items that are shipped any other format than USPS Priority mail. If you choose Parcel select to save on shipping, you will be responsible for inquiring about insurance. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers.
I will ship out of the US, please convo your postal code and the piece you are interested in so I can get back to you regarding shipping cost. Duty or other costs are your responsibility.
I do the best I can to provide efficient international shipping, but once a package leaves the US I have no control over the shipping time. We can only estimate the time, because all countries have different customs policies and can choose to hold packages for varying lengths of time. I cannot be held responsible for items getting held up in customs in your country and you are responsible for any taxes & duties.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item upon arrival, please contact me to resolve your concerns.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it, I will gladly refund the full amount.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or was grossly misrepresented. Refunds are given within 7 days from receipt for a refund. Refunds are issued after item is received and inspected. When sending an item back it must be shipped with a tracking # and insurance to avoid an issue of an item being lost in the mail.
