I always want my customers to be satisfied! I am human and I make mistakes, so if you receive your order and it is just not right my my own fault, I will refund you in full. I do not take responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier though so I suggest adding shipping insurance to your order.

I ship via USPS First Class Mail on packages under 13oz and USPS Priority Mail for packages over 13oz

Shipping via USPS First Class Mail is 3.00 and USPS Priority is 5.50. Shipping cost will vary for very large orders.

I will ship international for exact shipping costs.

Once a package has left my workshop and is in the hand of the USPS, I am no longer responsible for that package. 2012 was a tough year for shipping and lost or damaged packages so I recommend adding shipping Insurance to your package. Just let me know if you would like it added.

I will charge 5.50(USPS Priority Mail) shipping on my invoice.
