Very nice shoes and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the heel disintegrated in a few steps of trying them on; but after e-mailing the seller she was very concerned about making the transaction right and offered a full refund. I did not feel like it was something that happened on purpose though and felt like a partial refund would be sufficient. (I can't wear the shoes until the heel is repaired) I didn't feel like it was her fault though. Just bad luck with an old, brittle heel I suppose. Other than that, the shoe leather and condition overall is nice. Seller did offer several times to give me a full refund and was very conscientious about the problem. She also researched online for a cost saving DIY repair for me since there is not a shoe repair near me all on her own. I would most certainly purchase from this seller again. Shipment arrived with nice presentation and in a timely manner. Classy seller for wanting to make the transaction right.
