PURCHASING CUTTING FILES
*You must have basic knowdlege about how to use the files on your cutting machine.
*Purchasing Cutting files DOESN'T INCLUDE instructions how to use your cutting machine. Please check videos on youtube how to do it.
*The Warranty of a good cutting will depend of the cardstock quality and weight, sharper blades, correct mat and cutting machine indicated setting I RECOMMEND USING CARDTOCK 80lb OR ABOVE - AND CUTTING MACHINE SETTING "INTRINCANTE CUTS"
I NEED A SPECIFIC CUTTING FILE FROM INVITATION DESIGN.
I can create the cutting file with the idea that you share with me. You must Purchase the item CUSTOM INVITATION CUTTING FILE, choose the one according to your needs.
POCKET, TRIFOLD or FOLD. The price of this custom design won't be on SALE. Just normal price.
HOW MANY HOURS WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER A CUSTOM INVITATION?
After the purchase i will deliver the video within 24 hours. Please be available via etsy messages for the design approval or changes.

You must PURCHASE then "CUSTOM INVITATION" and choose the one according to your needs:
1 Side, Double sided or Oval Invitation.
I LIKE THE CUSTOM INVITATION DESIGN BUT I WANT ANOTHER WORDING.
I can make simple changes as wording colors, delete part of the wording, change a few words.
BACKGROUNG DESIGN IS NOT POSSIBLE, if you need that please Purchase CUSTOM INVITATION DESIGN ITEM.

WHY THE CUSTOM INVITATION COLORS ARE DIFFERENT WHEN I PRINTED?
Colors may vary based on monitor, printer and card stock I recommend to use #110 lb. paper or photo paper matte.
I created different files of the custom invitation, PNG and PDF files, try always use first PDF file because is keeping the quality of the images and colors.
I WANT TO PRINT AT HOME THE CUSTOM INVITATION.
Make sure that your printer settings are the right ones for the paper that you will use (set to the '100%' or 'Actual Size' before printing).
I recommend to use #110 lb. paper or photo paper matte.
I CAN'T DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE
To download the files you must use your pc or laptop, via your etsy account/profile/purchases and check your last order and download it.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ATTENDING FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
If you PURCHASE the CUSTOM DESIGN on Friday your order will be delivered on monday.
PLEASE CHECK THIS BEFORE THE PURCHASE.
The normal time for a custom order is 24 hours since the purchase, you must be available via etsy messages for the design approval and changes.
The Custom Order design include no more than 2 revisions. If you need more revisions or changes please purchase the ADD ON according to your needs.
