US military families stick together! We would love to create a brand new listing for the print design and apparel/mug choice you would like in honor of your US service personnel :) THANK YOU for their service, bravery, and sacrifice ♥

Terri & Neil are a dynamic duo (husband and wife) team from Kenosha, Wisconsin, with over 12 years of experience offering handmade items on Etsy, and have loved every minute! After browsing our T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Mugs, and more here at Print Envy Designs. ** Additional SHIPPING Details **
Free shipping guarantee on orders of $35 or more! Our items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Arrival times are 2-6 business days, which is an estimated timeline, not a guarantee (+ holiday shipping delays are to be expected). A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you upon completion of your order. Expedited shipping is not available at this time, so order early!
What if my order doesn't fit? Do you accept exchanges for a new size?
Although returns are not accepted, I am more than happy to work with you on exchanges, for different sizes, etc. Because of the nature of our printing/shipping process, I can offer you a new size shirt (sweatshirt, etc.) re-print/re-ship for the base cost of your item plus shipping, and sending your original item back to me is not necessary. You are paying for the new item and shipping at my cost only, and I don't make a profit on your "exchange" order :) Prices for this option vary, depending upon your order item, so please contact me for a quote and a reserved exchange listing to be created just for you in my shop! Thank you!
