1 out of 5 starsThe dimensions specified weren’t accurate. You can’t print this at 20x24” as the file is 72dpi and therefore screen resolution only. To make it printable at 300dpi the size is only 8.5x11”.

I'm so sorry this didn't work out for you, and I have refunded your purchase, but I really appreciate the time you took to write this detailed review highlighting the problem. I have spent the past few weeks reviewing my art, and recreating it when needed to ensure that all my printables have the appropriate print ready resolution of 300 DPI so that no future customers will run into this problem.
