Returns and exchanges
Email if you have any questions or comments on your product. I do not accept returns on custom items. all custom sales are final. I will be happy to make alterations though if the garment does not fit. If there is something you are not completely satisfied with when you receive your item, please let me know before leaving feedback so we can work it out together. My items are highest quality and handmade with extreme care. My goal is customers first. I care about your shopping experience here at Etsy. If and when there is a return, I will take a %15 percent from the refund to pay the listing fee's.
Payment
Paypal, checks and money orders are accepted! Your ready made items will be shipped within 3-7 business days after payment clears. Custom order items may take longer as they require time to assemble. Please note: Incase of natural disaster, these items make take even longer to ship.

All sales are final!!! All items are shipped USPS and with signature conformation to those shipped to US. I will insure your package upon request. We are not responsible for items lost in mail, yet we will try our best to work with you if shipping problems arise. Please double check measurements and compare them with your measurements before purchasing garments. I do not accept returns on custom orders. If there is a problem, then I will be rectify it for you. On ready made items I can offer an 85% refund. You must let me know ASAP that the item doesn't work for you and I can do the refund after you ship it back to me.
Shipping
I ship international. Please be sure to choose the "everywhere else" option when checking out if your address is not in the US.

Ready made items will be packaged and shipped within a week of when the payment clears.

Custom made items will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 weeks of payment clearing. Contact us about rush order service before purchase.

Packages will be shipped to the address that you have registered in your Etsy account. If you need your item shipped to a different address please contact me at the time of your purchase or add your new address in the pay-pal notes.
I use all brand new packaging!
Your items will come in boxes and nestled in gift wrap tissue paper. Jewelry comes in pretty little bags and wrapped in bubble pack to make sure its safe in the mail.

I will insure your package only upon request. If you would like to have it done, be sure to email me about it ASAP at the time of purchase or in your Etsy buyers notes.

I keep tracking # on all packages shipped in the US. If you do not receive your package in a average amount of time of 7-14 days. Please let me know before leaving feedback and I will track it and get back with you.
