Certain countries do prohibit importing jewellery items. It is wise to find all these out before purchase as we will not be held responsible should an item be confiscated.

Most items sent within the UK will be sent by Normal Post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.

CUSTOM WORK:
We are happy to work with you on your designs. We will require a 50% deposit which is unrefundable. Unfortunately for custom work we do not accept returns.

COMPONENTS:

Handmade Jewellery are generally delicate in nature and as such should be treated with greater care. As we use a lot of vermeil and sterling silver items in our jewellery creation it is important that jewellery is the last thing you put on when dressing as they will react to perfumes etc.Items should be kept in their respective boxes away from humidity etc. Our jewellery should not be worn whilst having a shower/bath and should definetely not be worn when sleeping. When sterling silver is used it will be said sterling silver and silver/german silver/tibetian silver/plated silver are not sterling silver. Vermeil is gold plated over sterling silver and has a much richer colour than 14kt gold fill. 14kt gold fill is gold bonded onto a base metal.
