All items are made with love in a smoke-free & cat friendly environment.


►Products◄
I make polymer clay pendants & charms from buttons & stamps, as well as from my original designs. I also make felt brooches & badges. Every once in a while I will make little sculptures & other items.

All polymer clay items are sanded for a professional look and then washed to prevent particles from showing in the finished piece. They are painted with high-quality acrylic paint & glazed at least 2-3 times. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. ♥

Returns and exchanges
If you do not receive the item(s) you purchased, I will refund it (not including shipping costs) within seven business days after you receive your package. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items, BUT I do want you to be satisfied.. (after all, it is very disappointing to pay for an item and find that it is damaged &/or unusable.) If possible, please send me a photo of the damaged item & a message as how it was received.

For health reasons, earrings will not be refunded. Custom ordered items are also non-refundable.
Payment
I accept PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with a credit card via PayPal instead.

Payments must be made within seven business days of ordering. If payment is not received within seven business days your order will be canceled. If you are unable to pay within seven days - please notify me.

►Reserving◄
If you wish to purchase an item, but cannot at the time, I will be happy to reserve it for you for up to a month. This will mainly apply to one of a kind items. A majority of my items can be reproduced.
Shipping
►International◄
I ship internationally! All International orders are usually shipped within three to seven business days upon receiving payment.

International orders are shipped USPS, First Class mail & are shipped on Saturday ONLY. (In some cases I will ship one day during the week, but it's dependent on my ever changing work schedule.) The customer is responsible for all customs fees. I will issue a partial refund via PayPal on shipping overcharges of $1.75 USD or more.

►Local◄
If you are in the Rome, Cave Spring, Lindale, Rockmart, Silver Creek, or Cedartown, area, we can arrange a pick up so you don't have to pay shipping. How great is that? Just contact me before purchasing.

►Domestic/USA◄
I will issue a partial refund via PayPal on shipping overcharges of $1.75 or more.

All Domestic orders are usually shipped within three to five business days upon receiving payment. I ship Monday through Saturday. Orders are shipped USPS, First Class mail. (Effective 4/3/2012) Due to an increase in shipping damages & loses, ALL orders will be shipped via PayPal & have Delivery Confirmation (USA only.)

If you'd like an upgrade on your mail delivery, please contact me before purchasing.

►Packaging◄
Recycled packaging may be used at any time. This means that the MAY package your item(s) will be shipped in will be previously used (clean) packaging. In most cases, new packaging is used. Please specify if you would like a new, unused package upon checking out.
