Thanks for visiting my shop! I make one-of-a-kind jewelry using a variety of methods and materials. I want you to be happy with your purchase; from an easy payment process to receiving your items quickly. Most importantly, I want you to love the jewelry you bought!

Payment
I happily accept PayPal! If you'd prefer to send a money order or personal check, that works too. If paying with a money order, your item will not ship until your money order is received. If paying with personal check, your item won't ship until your check has cleared.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS first class mail. I'll have your items in the mail within 3 business days of your purchase (not counting the day you placed your order). If you would like insurance on your item, please note it in the "Notes to Seller" section when placing your order and I'll add insurance at an additional cost.

When paying with PayPal, I will ship your items to the confirmed address that you have listed in PayPal. If this item is a gift or needs to be shipped to another address, please notify me in the "Notes to Seller" section when placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I'll do my best to make sure that my photos accurately represent the item; however, some computer monitors reflect colors a bit differently. I will also do my best to accurately reflect the size. Please make sure you contact me if you have questions about the items.

If you receive your item and it's not what you expected or you're just not happy with it for whatever reason, contact me via conversation and I'll make sure we come to a resolution. I'll be happy to refund your money (minus shipping) or exchange your item for something else. Or perhaps there's something else I can do to remedy the problem, just let me know.
