5 out of 5 starsStellar presets from the Professor, but I kinda knew that would be the case. These serve as a great starting point for just about any of my images and also help me learn the techniques used to get the different looks.

I bought a Lr Preset pack but didn't know I already had a pack bundled in another that I purchased. Can I be refunded for buying one I didn't need?
NO!!! Note that if you purchased on accident a refund will not be given, as all purchases are final. Be sure to read the descriptions before making a purchase, as all the necessary info is there. We are not responsible for anyone's inability to make sure they haven't already purchased any of our digital downloads before.
How do I install a Preset pack for use in both Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop (Camera Raw)?
1. Download your purchased selection to your computer (presets can't be used on phones or tablets) and unzip the folder and leave the unzipped folder open on your desktop.
2. Open Adobe Lightroom and proceed to the top menu bar. Locate "EDIT" and select Preferences. Proceed to the "PRESETS" tab then "SHOW Lr PRESETS FOLDER". Here the main "ADOBE" folder should open (with Lightroom highlighted). Do NOT go into the Lightroom folder.
3. Locate the "CAMERA RAW" folder, then "SETTINGS".
4. Go back into the unzipped folder and choose the folder that has "CR" in the title (Do not use the folder with "LR"). Place your purchased Preset pack here.
5. Restart Lightroom and your presets will appear here, as well as in Camera Raw in Photoshop.
I have an older version of Adobe Lightroom (4-6) and can't use XMP files. How do I install a Preset pack for use in Lightroom only?

I purchased a Preset pack that I already purchased before. Can I receive a refund or another pack in it's place?
NO!! All purchases are FINAL! Refunds aren't given for any digital downloads and another preset pack will not be sent if you purchased a previous pack again! Be sure to read our store policies before purchasing. We are not responsible for anyone's inability to make sure they haven't already purchased any of our digital downloads before.
I purchased a Preset pack but I haven't received it yet, but my CC has already been charged. What happened?
Etsy handles all transactions here and has to clear their processing before they release any of our digital downloads. If there's a problem with the transaction itself then that's a matter that must be taken up with Etsy. We do not handle those directly.
I installed for usage in Lightroom Classic but my presets aren't showing?
This means:
A: You may have in Preferences and Preset settings the toggle for show partially compatible presets deselected or
B: The presets are in Lightroom, but you MUST look under a different grouping title. This happens due to the creation of a preset(s) being under one group and then later changed but this doesn't change for the preset wherever it goes from one computer to another. It remains with its original group I created (not an issue that I can resolve).
