How do I download my files?
Once your confirm your order, you will be able to download your files.
1. Click on the 'You' button, directly underneath your profile picture in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click ' Purchases and Reviews'
3. Locate your purchase from Krystal Kleidon
4. Click on the Download Files Button
Additionally, Etsy will email you a link to download your files
Which files will I receive?
You will receive a PDF file with download instructions for your planner.
Due to the size of the file, and to ensure we keep the highest quality of planners, we host our downloads via Dropbox. You do not need an account with Dropbox, you can download them directly.
There is no limit to the number of times you can download your files.
You will receive A4, A5 and US Letter sizes of the planners so you can print the planner size that suits your needs.
How many times can I print the files?
UNLIMITED - You can print them as many times you need. Remember they are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
What are your cancelation and refund policies?
Due to the digital nature of this product, I do not give refunds.
