Prioux's Props4Play started as a small handmade business featuring crochet newborn photography props in February 2012 and has expanded to so much more! Now, we are also embroidering and sewing all sorts of wonderful things for your family! Our items make great photo props, baby shower gifts, and keepsakes for just about anyone and are made with only the best materials! We know infants have delicate skin and we'd never use anything that would be itchy or irritating. We only use materials we want our little ones using!     I have always had an old soul, knew this as a child. I've always had an appreciation for what my elders were able to share and I was a sponge soaking up their knowledge. I was often creating and a couple of those stuck...crochet and embroidery!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Please if you have any problems with your order.
To be considered eligible for a return/refund/exchange, please provide a photo and description about any concern you may have within 7 days of delivery as indicated by tracking and we will work to come to a solution to remedy the situation. Tag must also still be attached to the prop. This is required because it lets me know the item wasn't used for an event or photo shoot and returned.

If we agree to a return/refund/exchange, please return your purchase to me within 14 days of delivery in the same condition it was shipped in. Must include tracking information that you send to me.

Once I receive the returned item and it's in the same condition as when I shipped it to you, a refund will be given for the price of the product alone. A refund does not include the original shipping fees.

If I make a mistake and we agree to an exchange, I will cover your cost to ship the item back to me and for me to send you the correct item. You will not need to worry about extra fees for my mistakes.

International Customers: Due to customs, shipping can take longer than usual sometimes 6-8 weeks, but if a return/refund/exchange is needed I'll do my best to accommodate your request and we'll come up with a plan.

In the event an order is returned to me, for any reason, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee. If this fee is not paid in 90 days, your order will be canceled with no refund and no item shipped to you.
PayPal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards are accepted.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I require payment before creating/shipping any items because a lot of work goes into each piece. If you would be more comfortable paying 50% upfront, that can be accommodated and you can pay the other half when the item is complete. If you do not pay the remaining half within 90 days you forfeit the item and your down payment with no refunds.

I sincerely enjoy creating items for my customers. Especially when I know item is being purchased for a gift for a loved one! You chose Props4Play and myself, to help you express love and that's an amazing and beautiful thing! I love that I get to customize each order to each customer's specifications to make it perfect. At check-out, you have 4 USPS Shipping Methods to choose from:
-Standard Shipping (3-5 days)
-Standard Shipping with Insurance (3-5 days)
-Priority Shipping with Insurance (1-3 days) or
-Rush Order with Priority Shipping and Insurance (1-3 days)

Please note the above mentioned days are approximate days for delivering according to USPS, not myself or Props4Play.

All packages and shipping methods include delivery confirmation/tracking.

I am not responsible for mistakes made by the post office and the days noted above are average ship time by USPS. THIS IS NOT MY PROCESSING TIME.

I am also not responsible for mishandling of a package once you receive it. Please use care when opening your packages.

Once an item is marked and scanned as, "accepted by USPS," it is out of my hands. In the event something happens, I'll do my best to help resolve the issue. However, it is difficult for me as a seller to replace the item lost because I am then losing time, money, and the product as well. It's a very unfortunate event for both of us, and for this reason I recommend adding insurance to your orders. I do not automatically include insurance because I want to keep my shipping prices fair and competitive and this why I allow you to choose which option best suits you and your needs.

INSURANCE: For an additional $0.75 you will have $50 worth of insurance in the event something happens to your order while with USPS within the US. At this time, insurance and priority shipping is not available to international customers.

RUSH ORDER: If you need an item before my current ship date, a rush order must be purchased. With this purchase, I agree to work during my non-work hours and bump your order to the top of my list, even though this is time usually spent with family. I will also upgrade your order to Priority Shipping. I usually ship within 48 hours. There are exceptions around the holidays though due to a high volume of orders, but I will communicate this with you if that happens to be the case.

International Customers: Some countries require an extra fee when shipping Internationally. These are custom fees. These are not from me, or Etsy, but from your country and they are your responsibility.
