    Crazy For Fiber

    I started my Etsy shop after seeing my very first newborn cocoon sack. I fell in love with the look and started creating my own designs and patterns for cocoons, bowls, hammocks, stork sacks, wraps, hats, etc. I soon found out that this was a very popular genre and before I knew it, I had a very successful online store.

    Since I am a teacher, I look forward to my summers when I can concentrate all my time on writing up new patterns and stocking my shop for the upcoming, crazy busy Fall and Winter seasons.

    One thing I know for certain is that I am passionate about what I do!!

    Hi, welcome to the Prop Shop. I am a knitting teacher who recently quit my day job as a second grade teacher. I now run my Etsy shop on a full time basis and I love it!! I specialize in making hand knit and crocheted professional photography props for babies and pets as well as patterns for most of my props. Some items are in stock, however I do take custom orders. Please tell me the item you want, the color, and the material as well as the size. Custom made orders can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks (depending on the item).

    Returns and exchanges
    If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, please contact me to resolve the issue. I will always offer a refund of the item cost if you are disappointed with the quality of work of the knit item. There are NO refunds for patterns. Please notify me immediately and return finished item within 7 days.
    Payment
    I accept paypal, personal checks and money orders.
    If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, items will be cancelled and relisted. If there is communication at all within 4 days, items will be cancelled and relisted.
    Shipping
    I ship all items US First Class Mail, unless it works out to be less expensive to use Priority Mail (sometimes it does). In stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Custom orders can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to be shipped. If you would like insurance for your item, contact me and I will invoice you the additional cost.
