QUICK SHIP available: Purchase any listing NOW and included your event details, colors and special notes! Specific color/sizes and tip preferences may take longer. If you are flexible on colors/sizes, I can fulfill your order within **24 hrs or less**. Just be sure to note your event date. I will confirm if I can do this order, if not, a refund will be posted to your account.

This shop is my side business which seems to be a full time position. But I am working full time, attending graduate school, and raising a baby (ha). S H I P P I N G USA - Within the USA: Orders are shipped via USPS Mail (order under $6 ship via First Class. All other orders ship via USPS Priority. Depending on where you are in the US, it will take 1-5 days. A delivery confirmation number will be provided via Stamps.com once your package has been mailed. The confirmation is sent to the email address on your Etsy account. Check with your partner, wife, sister-in-law, etc 's account first before asking for the confirmation. I can not control the USPS, IF it takes 7 days for a Priority package to arrive, it takes 7 days. Boo!
S H I P P I N G to Canada & Australia - Sent via FIRST CLASS. No tracking is available. I do promise to send each and every order, so if it lost. I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do. However, only two packages out of thousands have been lost. UPGRADE to Priority (6-10 business days + Tracking) for just a little bit more. Convo for quotes! I will always refund/exchange/replace if you ship Priority!

Shipping Time lines for Non-US addresses:
First Class: varies (around 2 weeks, depending on customs)
Priority International: depends on country 6-10 days on average
Priority Express International: 5 days or less
Global Express Guarantee: 1-3 days or your money back (spendy option)
There are some countries that I only send Express (Singapore, Chile, Mexico and Greece).

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for shipped items - The only time I issue refunds (minus shipping costs) is when you did not use the poms and they were not a custom order (small poms are considered custom, but colors are not considered custom).
Unless tips are specified, a variety or random selection will appear in your order. We can do an exchange if you wish to swap out a pom due to the tip and/or color.
CAREFULLY open the box (slice the taped areas). If you destroy the box, the PO will ask you to pay for shipping. Avoid the extra cost!
Returning shipped poms -
Cross out your address, circle mine, and mark in LARGE letters "Refused". Drop off at local PO and voila! Refund will be issued upon receipt of the poms. No need to pay for shipping. Yay! But if you do open the pom box/destroy it, shipping costs will incur. Darn Post Office and their silly rules!
Refunds for unshippped items - Entire amount will be refunded via the method it was paid. It might take a day or two for Etsy/credit card to process.
We've been shipping all over the world since 2008! So, our package is designed to take a beating. If your package arrives beyond damaged, please contact your local postal office. I wish I could hand deliver each package. I love to travel!
Please note: Handmade is handmade. It is not made from a machine, but hand folded and cut by hand. Meaning, there will be variation from each pom. Custom orders are not refundable.What is custom? Anything that deviates from the listing (special sizes "small" etc). Ask if you're unsure. :)
You must note the date of your event in the "Message to Seller Box" or your order will be placed in my queue. Please note, I will do my best to package them safely in a box. But once it leaves my house, I am no longer in control. (That kills me!).
Please note, colors on your computer screen may be different than colors on my computer screen. Thus, colors will be slightly different in real life. If you are particular about the shade, I can send you samples for free. Let me know your mailing address via convo or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or email a sample picture of the color scheme you are wanting. I love looking at your Pinterest boards for inspiration!
