It's been about a month and it still hasn't shipped. I never got an email about when it should be delivered. I emailed the owner and it has been about 2 weeks and still no reply.

About

Join the 3D Printing Journey!

Protonico is a 3D printing company run by my brother and I that was started during the Summer of 2015. Before the shop was created we used the printer to create little knickknacks and household replacements. After all of this thought, we saw how handy 3D printing could be and starting creating things for friends and family. Before long people were bouncing off the walls for items and saying how amazing our 3D printer is. It was then that my brother and I saw the potential for 3D printing and how it had changed daily routines in our lives and others. We thought: "what if we could give that to everyone else?"

This is why Protonico was made, and we really do hope that you benefit from our 3D printed goods like we ourselves have.

Our favorite thing about 3D printing was the fact that we could prototype items for projects or give unique gifts to people. Especially with 3D computer modeling, instead of being unable to find a part form something broken and being forced to buy a new one we have designed parts for those items to fix them, as well as creating personalized gifts for people. It is truly amazing to create something virtual and watch it become reality right before your eyes.

During October 2015 we became an official and governmentally recognized business as Protonico Printing LLC.

I've always been interested in 3D printing technology. As I've been designing and printing for myself I started to do the same for my peers. Since then I've created Protonico to expand this to an international level.

Although I am a computer guy by trade, I do also however, love 3D printing technology and use it nearly daily. Protonico is a way for my brother and I to bring this amazing technology to you.

Additional policies and FAQs
Most products are 3D printed using ABS plastic (the same plastic LEGOs are made out of).

Unless otherwise specified, your item will be white or off/translucent white in color. None of the colors offered come with added patterns, details, or prints added; color is simply the sole physical color of the item. Unless otherwise specified, the item will be in one single color; some items do have the option to choose two colors for different parts however. The 'Glow in the Dark' option's appearance is slightly translucent, and glows greenish when charged with light especially in a dark setting.

When buying a product, it is assumed you have read the description of the product to completion.

Our items are not weapons and we are not responsible for what you do with them. We do not recommend taking them into public unless it is very obvious to everyone around you that the item is a replica.

Before ordering, please ensure that it is legal to import replica knives into your country (USA is fine). Some countries have import laws that do not allow replica knives.

No machine is perfect and our manufacturing machines are no exception to this. Because of this, products are likely to have minor imperfections that are almost not noticeable unless examining very closely. By ordering, you acknowledge these unique imperfections.
