The package was prepared with great taste and great care (flowery stickers of spring flowers in shades of lavender and golden yellow) and the shipment was done quickly. The sizes indicated vintage clothings' labels (made before 1990) do not always match with the sizes modern ready-to-wear's sizes. For example, a 10 (US) in 1950 may rather fits to a 4 (US) in 2021, depending on the model or brand. Also, many clothes were handsewn, and personalized outside of the standards. This is why the store always offers measurements so that you can best estimate the size of the garment, based on your measurements.
How to take care of my dresses ?
The labels of vintage clothing didn't indicate maintenance instructions until the 1970s. However, at that time, many pieces were also handsewn, that's why these instructions are not specified, I recommend to always wash your clothes cold (ideally by hand or with a delicate 30 ° program in the washing machine).
