Not so happy with this purchase. I paid $30.00 for 3 day express delivery to receive it by Christmas. I ended up receiving it in the middle of January. There was no offer to refund the shipping charges or anything. When I contacted the seller suggesting some sort of refund I never heard back from her. It shipped from Hong Kong which I was not aware of when I placed my order, my fault for not paying attention, but I feel I learned a valuable lesson. I will not be ordering from this seller again.

I’m confident that you’ll love your Prudence Octavia purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy, please let me know immediately. I can’t solve a problem if I don’t know about it!

The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused state. The item(s) price will be refunded, however I do not refund shipping costs.

Payment

Prudence Octavia accepts payments via PAYPAL.

PAYPAL allows you to make secure payments by credit card - you do not need an existing PAYPAL account to use this feature. When paying with your credit card simply proceed using the PAYPAL link during the checkout process to complete your payment

Non-payment & non-contact after 3 days will be considered forfeiture of any items you have purchased. I reserve the right to re-list items at my discretion after that point.

Shipping

I ship to the address on your ETSY account, on Wednesdays & Fridays. All items ship from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post Airmail, by registered mail. Goods will normally arrive in 7 to 14 days, depending on your location & country.

Please keep in mind I am shipping to you from (probably!) half way round the world: it does take a little time, but I keep my shipping as reasonable as possible by shipping by registered airmail: if you would prefer delivery by Fedex in just a few days, please advise me in note to seller, and I will send you a shipping invoice to cover the balance, but be aware the shipping charge will probably be at least US$25. I will quote Fedex on and individual basis, so just let me know!

I'm also happy to wrap and send to a third party and can include a message - great for birthdays & holidays. Please request through 'message to seller' when making your purchase.
