Dikla Stern's works show us the perception of the environment as a complex process that unites intuitive, emotional and intellectual aspects. They make us think about how we perceive the outside world, how the atmosphere, how we observe and conclude. It always leads back to self-reflection. Our interpretations also shape our view of the world. A recurrent process, repeating itself over and over again, never ending, continuously being reopened.

"My works describe societal phenomena that I perceive as "disturbed." They show contemporary themes, issues and events, and they reflect the influence of media, politics and history on the individual. I aim to present critical conditions through exaggeration, projecting my overstated perception onto people or objects via the image and the title. This may be subtle or direct. At some point I began defining my work as political satirical Pop Art."

Her paintings are in the possession of collectors, private persons, companies and galleries in Germany, Israel, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Canada and the U.S. She had exhibitions at biennales, galleries, fairs, artist run galleries, public spaces nationally and internationally, in Mannheim, Leipzig, Berlin, Stockholm, Brussels, Florence and New York.

Dikla Stern's works show us the perception of the environment as a multi-layered process that combines intuitive, emotional and intellectual aspects. They make us think about how we feel the outside, perceive moods, how we observe and conclude. Just as we are always thrown back on ourselves. Our interpretations also form our worldview. A recurring process that is committed again and again. And never ends. Only is "opened" again and again.

"My works describe social phenomena that I perceive as 'disturbed'. They show contemporary themes, questions and events, reflect on the influence of media, politics and history on the individual. In doing so, I try to depict critical states through exaggeration and exaggerate my perception onto people or objects via the image and the title. This can be done subtly or directly. At some point I was able to define my work with Political Satirical Pop Art."

Her work can now be found by collectors, private individuals, companies and galleries in Germany, Israel, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Canada and the USA. Exhibitions have taken place at biennials, galleries, fairs, producer galleries, public spaces both nationally and internationally in Mannheim, Leipzig, Berlin, Stockholm, Brussels, Florence and New York.
