Unless noted in the listing, please note the turnaround time for orders. These times are in ADDITION to the time it takes for your payment to clear, as well as shipping time. Please note these are an estimate, as occasions do come up when my supply shipments can be delayed, or during busy times things may take a bit longer.

If you are ordering multiple items with different turnaround times, please use the longest time as your estimate.

If you are really in a rush, I may be able to accommodate you. Most items can be made into a rush order for an additional fee. Please convo me for details.

Payment
Payment must be made at time of purchase. Please be aware that PayPal’s e-checks (from bank account) and also direct checkout can take 3-5 days to clear. Please keep this in mind with the turnaround times.

If you are a California resident, you will be charged sales tax.
Shipping
I ship to your etsy address. I cannot be responsible for shipping errors due to an outdated address, so please make sure your address is current and correct. Unfortunately I can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages without insurance.
All orders ship from San Francisco. I ship USPS with a tracking number for US orders.

Please note the shipping estimates below are for transit time only, once it leaves my studio. When estimating how long it will take to arrive to you, please allow for the piece's individual turnaround time. (The time it takes me to make it - shown in each listing). Most items ship in 1 week, some take 2-3 weeks.

US - 4-10 business days
INTL - 2 - 5 weeks, though I have had some items take as long as 8 weeks!

PRIORITY
US - 2-3 business days
INTL - 6-10 business days

EXPRESS - please convo me first to see if I can ship this ASAP.
US - overnight - 2 business days (depending on time of shipment)
INTL - 3-5 business days

If you make a purchase from these countries/ regions, your sale will be refunded. Unfortunately I have had too many packages lost in these countries.

Items shipped first class are NOT TRACKABLE once they go outside the US. If you need tracking for an international order, please upgrade to PRIORITY or EXPRESS.
You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes, please be familiar with your countries policies.

PLEASE NOTE that Express & Priority International estimated times are for MOST countries, but not all. If you are concerned about arrival date, please convo me FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER so I can get a more accurate arrival date for you.

I cannot mark an item as "gift" as it is illegal to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because each item is made to order,I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with your order, or the shipment of your package, please convo me, and I will do my best to remedy the situation. Please do not use the feedback system to let me know you are unhappy with your purchase. I want you to be thrilled!

I package each item carefully before it leaves my studio, and make sure it is safely delivered to the post office. Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds for lost packages without insurance. If an item is shipped insured and I receive a payment from the post office, I can refund you the insured amount back to you after I receive it, though please be aware this can take a while for USPS to process payment.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have done my best to accurately represent the color of all items, but monitors can display colors differently. As all items are handcrafted, they may differ slightly from the sample photo, but rest assured, they will be just as gorgeous.
