Welcome to Pugpossessed!!! Thanks for stopping by!
My shop is a fun shop that is not just for Pugs...although I love Pugs and have six of my own. I believe strongly in rescue. I also love to sew, knit, crochet and craft, so my shop provides an outlet for me!
Need an outfit for your little furry one? Custom painting? Need a gift for the Pug or small dog or cat lover in your life. Look no further! My shop offers clothing, artwork and gift items for the discriminating pet owner! If you don't see exactly what you want or have an idea, contact me and I'll be happy to create your vision!
If your ever unsure of sizing, let me know and I'll help you be sure your choice will fit properly. Remember, I'm always happy to custom make clothing or costumes for your furry ones and there is no extra charge for custom sizing!
Basic "how to" Measure Your Pet:
Neck: Measure around the neck as you would for a collar. Allow some room for a comfortable fit.
Chest (Girth): Measure the chest at its widest point, all the way around, which is typically right behind the front legs. If the dog has a large girth, going up a size is recommended.
Length: Measure along the dog's backbone from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. This is where the collar rests to where the tail meets the back/rear-end.
Legs: Measure from base of body to how long you want the sleeve/leg.
Chest: Measure "between" the front legs.
TIP: Use a fabric or cloth measuring tape when determining your pet's measurements. Should you not have one, use a piece of yarn or string and measure it up against a ruler.

About Pugpossessed
I have always been into sewing and crafts. In 2002 after I got my first Pug, Chloe it became painfully obvious that the store selection of clothing was not made with Pugs in mind! I started making her clothing and as we added to our Pug family and attended outings I started making more and more items and costumes and getting orders from people who saw my work. Chloe sadly passed in 2012, but I carry on from the love she brought to our lives. I've had the honor of "dressing" hundreds and hundreds of furry ones over the years! Thank you for helping me carry on my love of sewing!
