Returns and exchanges

If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please let me know so we can get it investigated. All packages have my return address displayed so the worst case is usually that they turn up back here.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct address where you can easily receive parcels. I cannot be held responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully and inform me of any issues. If a package has to be re-sent because of a failure on your part you will be liable for additional postage costs.


If you are not satisfied with your item please return as packaged and in unused condition within seven days of receipt for a full refund via PayPal, minus shipping costs. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not incur a refund.
I only accept PayPal. If you have any problems at all with the payment let me know and I will do my best to help you out. Please inform me of any issues with your address
I ship orders daily, except for weekends. You will receive and e-mail confirming that your item has been dispatched

UK orders are sent First Class and usually arrive in 1-3 working days. If you would like your order sent Recorded Delivery please email me for prices.

Intenational orders are sent by Airmail and usually arrive in 3-5 working days to Europe and up to 15 days to any other destination. If you require insurance or Airsure, please contact me for a shipping upgrade.
