When will my PRINTED ITEM order ship?

Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

When will I receive my PRINTED ITEM order?

Orders ship depending upon when they are approved. (See the shipping schedule above for details.) All PRINTED ITEM orders will receive a proof via email or Etsy Conversation for approval prior to printing. Approval must be received before the order is printed and shipped.

For standard shipping via USPS First Class, estimated delivery is 3-7 postal days from time of shipment.

For upgraded shipping via USPS Priority Mail, estimated delivery is 2-3 postal days from time of shipment.

Tracking is included for all shipments. Timeframes are provided by USPS as estimates only, therefore exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you need your item(s) by a particular date, please let me know in the Note to Seller section during check out.

When will I receive my DIGITAL FILE order?

If you purchased a listing beginning with the words INSTANT DOWNLOAD, the file(s) will become available immediately after purchase. If you need help locating or downloading your file(s), see this help article: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

If you purchased a listing beginning with the words DIGITAL FILE, that means there is an element of customization to your item that will need to be done on my end before the file is ready. In this case, I will contact you via email or Etsy Conversation within 24-48 hours. See the description section of your particular listing for more details.

What is a proof?

A proof is simply a digital mock-up of the item that you ordered. In most cases, this will be a PDF document sent as an attachment via email or Etsy Conversation.

Why do I need to approve a proof?

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. A proof gives you the opportunity to see what the final product will look like with all customizations in place. You may then check for any errors, and/or request any changes you would like before the order is finalized.

Please look over your proof carefully and in detail. I cannot be responsible for any errors after the proof has been approved. If corrections are requested after approval, you may be subject to additional fees.

Why does the color look different when I print vs what I see on the screen?

Each monitor or device displays colors differently. What you see on your phone may look completely different than what you see on your desktop monitor, or your laptop, or your tablet. And to complicate it even further, each printer will have a unique color output. Who ever said that printing wasn't rocket science, right?

Unfortunately, that means that exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. But typically, it will be similar enough that you won't even notice a difference. If you do find that you are disappointed in the color that is printing, please reach out! I will do everything within my capabilities to ensure you are pleased with the final printed color.

What if my PRINTED ITEM order never got delivered?

Non-deliveries are rare, but they do occur every now and then. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and I will work with you to find the most appropriate solution under the circumstances.
