If you purchased something from my shop, as soon as I've received the e-mail from Etsy (we'll both get one!) notifying me of your purchase, I will start work on yout order. After that please email all information you would like on your order to pumpkinbeansco [!at] gmail.com and add it to the comments section of your order during check out. Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive a proof. After the proof is approved I will send you a PDF for printing. Once the final proof has been sent you and if you need changes after it has been sent it will cost $3 for a re-edit fee as it is extra work for me to reload and redo the invitation. All products are digital and customer print.
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you choose to Paypal as your payment method, please submit payment immediately upon checking out. Credit & Debit cards are also accepted through paypal service.
If you don't have a PayPal account and don't want one, you can still pay at PayPal, via credit card, without having an account with them. If you have any questions about paying that way, just contact me and I can help.
Please note, regardless of method, payment must clear before I can send final proof! Thank you for understanding!
Invitations are things you will print.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds for items that have already been sent. I do my best to make sure you receive what you would like. Please make sure to read the listing as they are all "you print" and no product is mailed.
