Hello! My story truly began ten years ago when I discovered quilts! I have been sewing as long as I can remember, my mother being an avid garment sewer taught me at a very young age. As a teenager my interest in sewing waned, but years later it came back stronger than ever. I made the decision to stay home when my oldest daughter was two, and after a few years of being home without a lot of opportunity to get out and meet other mothers I decided I needed to find a hobby. I again took up sewing and began quilting to fill my long days at home. It became clear right away that quilts would become a passion for me so I spent every spare moment I could find in front of that sewing machine. I began selling my quilts and quilted items, self publishing patterns, and teaching quilting to friends and family. About a year ago my quilting universe was rocked when the dream of owning a long arm became a reality - and machine quilting took over my life! I have found so much joy in this art form and had the opportunity to come into connection with some amazing quilters.
