Returns and exchanges
A refund or exchange will only be given if the item is returned in it's original condition. If an item is damaged in shipping a replacement will be sent. Custom items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges unless the item was damaged in shipping.

Items are eligible for refund/exchange for 7 days from the date of purchase.
Payment
Payment must be made before an item is shipped. If you decide you would like to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of the initial order.

If paying by e-check through PayPal, your item will be shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.
Shipping
Items will be shipped using Israeli Postal Services. 3-5 day service is available at an extra fee, please convo me if you would like this! Please plan ahead, I am based in Israel and overnight is NOT available to the United States. It usually takes at least a week for shipments to arrive in the United States.

Customer is responsible for all customs and associated fees.
