Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

Exchanges or refunds (less shipping) will be made once the item has been shipped back to me in unused condition in its original packaging. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Instructions or Tutorials are not able to be returned or refunded, please ask any and all questions before purchasing to ensure satisfaction, I will offer email support once the instructions have been purchased.

I am currently accepting Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout as form of payment. Please contact me if you'd like to pay with a money order before purchasing. I do not take personal checks.

7% sales tax will be added to all Illinois orders.

If paying with echeck, I will wait for it to clear before starting on your order, this can take 3-5 business days.

I will make every effort to make the transactions smooth and easy. I will ship your packages safely and in a timely manner, usually 1-5 business days after payment is received, if not sooner. Processing time depends on if I need to do any finishing touches on the item (like mount a bow to a clip) or if the item is to be "recreated". Custom orders may take longer, I will keep in contact with you. I will let you know if there are any expected delays.

SHIPPING IN THE USA:
All packages are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. If the shipping charges equal that of Priority Mail prices I will upgrade (which can happen with multiple items purchased). Priority and Express shipping are also options. I cannot guarantee any delivery dates unless Express shipping is purchased in which case if the item does not arrive on or before the agreed upon day your shipping charges will be refunded. Full refund once item is sent back in original packaging unused within 3 days of receiving with tracking.


All shipping charges are estimated as accurately as possible. Shipping charges include packaging, delivery confirmation, insurance, and handling.

The shipping charges are calculated by charging the highest shipping price first, then adding each additional item with the secondary shipping cost. If you have any questions please let me know.

If I overcharge by $1 or more I will issue a refund of the overage.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I have added First Class International shipping. Prices are estimated and may be adjusted accordingly. However, I will honor the price listed if I've underestimated, and will refund the difference if I've overcharged! If you prefer Priority Mail please contact me for pricing. Any additional charges from customs or similar are the responsibility of the buyer.

I'd love to hear your ideas for custom orders! I am a mom first and I do work outside of Etsy too. So I cannot always take custom requests, or if I do I cannot always do them quickly.

Your items are created in a smoke free home and studio. It is also cat free. I do have 2 dogs and a fish that keep me company.
