We do not accept returns due to the personal nature of our products, nor can we offer a refund because you do not like the scent. We understand that ordering scents online may be difficult so sampler sets are offered - please feel free to ask about scents you are interested in before ordering if you aren't sure so we can try to include those types of scents for you if available. Please contact seller if you believe there is a problem with your order such as receiving the wrong quantity or products as soon as possible so the situation can be addressed. We reserve the right to refuse service. if we feel that we will not be able to meet the customers expectations their order will be promptly refunded and cancelled.

We accept Credit Card and Pay Pal payments through the ETSY system, so we will never have access to your secure information. CA state tax rate collected is 8.25% and will be charged automatically through the ETSY system. Please be sure that your order is correct when you place your order and respectful of our policies, ALL SALES FINAL: under most circumstances Changes, Cancellation Requests and Refunds may not be possible unless they are received on the same day that the transaction is processed (before 12;00 PM PST/PDT) Everything is made fresh to order at Pura Gioia and created according to each customers specifications. We offer so many products, sizes and scents/flavors that thousands are possible variations are possible so that your items are considered custom made and may not be resold to another customer within the time frame necessary, in most cases,

Please let us know if you need a RUSH on your order, before you place your order if possible. Our shoppe is currently running with an average 3-4 week processing time (may be prior to shipping) It is very possible however for your order to ship much sooner, sometimes as fast as 2-3 days ~ depending on how large and complex your order is and what we have stocked in our inventory. Everything is done by hand with love and currently there are only two (hands). As a small business, each and every order is appreciated very much! Our loyal customers understand that we are a small business and we often get lots of orders in a short period of time. Pura Gioia products are not pre-made items kept in an inventory - so we don't just " grab it off the shelf and pack it up. Our products are joyfully hand made - labeled, individually sealed, shrink wrapped and packaged with thought and care.

WE also always try to personalize each package with a few little extras relevant to the customer preferences or new product samples - so, these special touches take a little more time. We hope you think your Pura Gioia purchases are worth the extra day or two!

Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail - Flat Rate with delivery confirmation receipts. We enjoy refunding shipping over payments when applicable, but we never charge the customer extra when shipping exceeds what the customer has pre-paid - we gladly assume that loss. We are still learning.
