Welcome to our shop! Thank you for stopping by to take a look. All of our items are handmade with care. We don't make anything that we would not be proud to use or wear ourselves. New items are added all the time so please check back often!

Returns and exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any body care products in our shop for obvious health reasons, as well as earrings and custom orders. If you have a legitimate problem with any of our items please contact us and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution. If something has become damaged or compromised please know that photos will be required.
If you are wishing to cancel an order it will need to be done during the first 24 hour time frame. After that it will be too late as we strive to process your order as quickly as we can!



Should something you order from us become damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Please note that we will require photos of the item and photos of the packaging as well..more often than not this is a USPS problem so please be aware you may need to place a claim with the postal service directly. Thanks for your understanding!

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order we would very much appreciate it if you could contact us first before leaving us any feedback. That enables us to resolve the problem for you in a timely and professional manner. We work very hard to provide high quality items and to ensure that your order arrives to you in one piece and that it is exactly what you ordered. Thank you!
Payment
We accept Paypal, credit cards, Etsy gift cards and e-checks. Please be aware that E-checks take longer to process and this will delay turnaround/ shipping time as it must clear in the account before we can ship.
We do appreciate prompt payment and in return will provide you with prompt shipping and service.
Shipping
We use the postal service to ship our items and they are packaged to the best of our ability to ensure that they stay in their original state while en route to you.
Shipping is to be paid by the buyer and is included in the listing description. The turnaround time of each purchase will also be visible on your invoice. We ship USPS unless otherwise noted on the description.
Please note that we include a tracking number and insurance with all of our shipments. For international orders please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of duties , taxes and any extras required by customs for that order.
We make every effort to ensure your package gets to you timely and in one piece but we are not responsible for USPS mistakes and delays especially around the holidays. Please know that if a package is returned to me because the address the customer provides is inaccurate, the customer will be responsible for the fees to re-ship the item. I use the address provided by Etsy. I am not able to edit your address so you must keep it up to date on your own account.

We welcome custom orders!

With that being said here are some things you need to know:

-Custom orders require payment to be made in full before starting work on the item. This will need to be paid within three days of agreement between buyer and seller to commission a custom item. Work will not be started on the custom item until the payment has been received.
- This is a specific item tailored to your interests and needs and because of that we will not be able to accept returns on custom items.
- If supplies needed for said items are not in stock they will need to be ordered which will result in a longer turnaround time. Some custom orders may take up to 1 month from start to completion. This of course is based on each situation for each unique custom order. Please factor this information in when deciding if you want a custom item.
-We work very closely with you ,exchanging ideas and photos back and forth to ensure that the finished product will meet your expectations! We want you to be happy and satisfied!


In regards to our skin care products- as with any new product you use on your skin please do a patch test first to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Our products do contain members of the tree nut family such as shea butter, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil. In addition , some of our products contain avocado oil .These items are mentioned in the description of the item under the " Important Tidbit Section". If you have a nut allergy or are sensitive to latex our products may not be for you.
All ingredients used in our products are listed on their labels and if you have a question about an ingredient please contact us before placing your order!
We use fresh, natural ingredients, no harmful additives are used but please note that we are not responsible for any adverse reaction you might experience. If you are unsure please feel free to ask a medical professional's advice first!
Please know that our bath soaks and body scrubs are made to order. These products are best used within 6 months. Please also know that the oils in these products have the potential to make your tub floor slippery. Please use caution!
