I am not responsible for loss or damage to non-insured items after the item has been mailed. Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact me for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Payment
You may pay with credit card, balance transfer, electronic check, or instant transfer using Paypal. I use Paypal to ensure excellent service, but if for an extraordinary reason you are not able to pay using Paypal, please contact me and I will see what I can do to accommodate you.

All payments are expected to be made within 3 days of your purchase.
Shipping
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are based on full package weight and delivery method desired. No additional costs are added. I always offer discounted combined shipping for multiple purchases.

SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic (within Canada) - Regular Parcel (2-9 days) or Xpresspost (1-2 days). Tracking number is always included; signature or additional coverage is optional.

United States & International - Small PacketAir (4-10 days), Small Packet Surface (6-12 days), Expedited Parcel (6-12 days), Xpresspost (3-5 days). Additional services like insurance, tracking, etc are extra.

IMPORTANT: Though generally it is not an issue, please be aware there may be additional costs associated with customs in your country. I am not responsible for any additional taxes or duty attached to your item.
