Shop policies

All of our jams are made without added pectin (gluten free) and high fructose corn syrup. Which means you get more berries and less sugar per jar. We are happy to offer this alternative to store bought jams and hope you enjoy the jar full of flavor =)

Payment
We gladly accept PayPal or Money Orders. All payments are expected within 48 hours of purchase. Jams will not be sent until payment is received. If you plan on mailing a Money Order, please mention that in your "notes to seller" at time of purchase. Thank-you!
Shipping
All orders will be mailed USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Shipping is based on how many jars can fit in a small $5.50, medium $11.50, or large $15.50 box. You have an option of putting insurance on your packages for an additional $2.50 a box to cover you in case of mishandling by the post office. Purely Preserves cannot guarantee the post office will handle the packages with as much love as we put into them. If you are local and would like to pick it up please convo me before purchase. We also deliver if local - message me for details!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with our jams, we'd like to know! Please convo me for more information.

In the event there is damage to your package caused by mishandling by the post office, buyer is responsible for filing a claim against the USPS if insurance was placed on packages. The USPS will need the evidence of damage presented to them so please keep packaging and all broken jars in-tacked. If a re-order is needed, buyer is responsible for payment. We do package with care but sometimes mishandling can occur since boxes are quite heavy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Additional policies and FAQs
We LOVE customizing your party favors! In the event that we decorate the little jars of goodness we do not ship with ribbon attached. They do not ship well and tend to come untied or removed during their bumpy ride.

We request at least a 4 week lead time for all party favor orders. In the event a rush order is needed, a $30.00 fee will be applied to your order to bump you to the front of the line (priority). Thanks in advance for your cooperation =)
