Hi, most people call me Dr. Patti. I'm a professor, author, entrepreneur, wife, and mom of four, including triplets! So I know what it means to be busy.
Over the years, I've created systems that have helped me to be productive and stay on track. People began asking me about it, so I decided to share it.
I create digital tools like e-books, planners, reflection sheets, and journals to support busy professionals like you. My first book, Purge it with Patti, is a recipe book with refined sugar-free, wheat-free, and plant-based recipes that I wrote to address obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure, all issues that affected my own family.
My second book, the Purge it Plan 30-Day Body and Mind Reset, contains more delicious recipes that are plant-based, quick, easy, and can be made in 30 minutes or less. It also discusses how to purge your mind and toxic relationships.
The Purge it Planner, and the Prep-for-the-Purge Journal helps busy professionals slow down and prioritize their health. My planners and worksheets all have the same goal: purge and prioritize.
