Payment by paypal is preferred: its quick, safe, and the easiest option for both of us :)
PLEASE ensure that your postal address is correct on your Paypal and Etsy account before buying from my shop. I can only ship to the address that is listed on the transaction invoice.
I aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days after payment clearing. Made to order items may take a little longer to dispatch but i will keep you updated whilst i work to let you know where your order stands.
All orders within the UK are sent via 1st Class Mail and Internationally by International Standard Airmail, courtesy of The Royal Mail.
Prices are the total cost of the weight in stamps that are required to send your package.
If you are in the UK and would prefer your package to be sent by 'recorded/signed for' please send me a message notifying me before you place your order so that i can amend the listing as necessary. For the UK this is an additional £1.10 on top of the standard 1st class shipping cost.
All items posted will be securely wrapped in the necessary tissue paper and/or bubble wrap to ensure that they have a safe journey to you.
According to Royal Mail delivery times vary depending on the postage destination and give the following time guide...
UK: 1-2 days
Internationally: 3 days to reach Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and 7 days to the rest of the world.
Whilst I hope you get your order as soon as possible, delivery time can not always be guaranteed as above, for delivery standards in other countries do vary so please be patient when shopping internationally. Please note that I have had international orders that have taken anything up to 4 weeks to reach their destination so please take this in to consideration should you be purchasing an item as a gift or for a particular occasion.
Please note that whilst it is very unlikely, i can not be held responsible for any items that may get lost in the mail, however i always keep proof of postage for every transaction so will be happy to help if any problem should arise.
Once you have received your new buy I would appreciate your feedback. This not only lets me know that you have safely received your order but helps me build on my business.

Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately I do not currently accept returns/exchanges based on the buyers 'change of mind', mainly because my items are often made to order and this would be unfair to myself, so please choose carefully when shopping!
I do my best to include high quality pictures from varied angles along with a detailed written description of each item so there is no reason that you will be disappointed with your new buy. Any questions or concerns prior to checkout please feel free to message me though!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I take a lot of pride in my work and all of my designs are created in a smoke free environment with lots of love and care by me :)
A lot of my items can be custom made in different colours other than those that you see advertised in my store so please do not hesitate to contact me if you see an item that you like but are interested in owning in a different colour. Please note that additional processing time will be required for custom orders as I will often have to order the wool especially but can keep you updated while I work.
