Exchanges or Returns must be returned within 7 days. Buyer pays for shipping on returns. I am not responsible for lost or broken shipments.

I am happy to add a personal note and ship directly to a gift recipient, just convo me, or let me know via buyers message when purchasing.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, incorrect address information, or weather/disaster conditions. I will ship to the address specified on the ETSY order form unless it is clear that other shipping arrangements have been made prior to placing order. If you are ordering a gift (which I hope you will) please make it clear in the "notes to seller" section on the ETSY order form where your box is to be shipped.
Very large orders will require shipping insurance.
