*Shipment time is approximately 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipping for Malaysia and Singapore orders.

*All Registered mail and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

*The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
*Customs fees and local taxes are out of my control - especially with Canadian orders!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the our product we send, you may contact us and get fully refund (the price of the bag) within 5 days.
Before returning, pls contact us for the returning address, we can't refund you or exchange if the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address. Buyer need to bear the shipping costs (including forward and return shipping cost).

Please send your returning item with registered mail to avoid unhappy situation. We will refund you as soon as I get the item in original condition(HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED OR SOILED within 5days of the delivery date)
Purplehipposews reserve the right to deny or refuse full full refund based on the returned condition. A 50% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.)
