You can't help but feel special when something is made just for you. I love notebooks, pink, and zebra print. Sarah provided me exactly what I wanted and took the time to even find the specific paper I liked best. She is an amazing seller!

I do not start work or ship your item until your payment clears.
Shipping prices are estimations only. If I overcharge you by $1 or more, I will refund the difference to your PayPal asap.

I ship via USPS on Mondays and Fridays, unless I tell you otherwise, or unless a holiday gets in the way of that.

My shop is set to ship only to the United States, but I'm completely willing to ship to other countries. If you live outside of the US and would like to purchase one of my products, contact me and I'll figure out the exact shipping for your item.

Most of my shipping materials are recycled. If things are fragile and need extra padding, you will often find things like plastic shopping bags and last week's newspaper stuffed inside.
Refunds and Exchanges
-In stock item: I will only allow cancellation of an in stock item before shipping.
-Custom Order/Special Order: No cancellations for any reason.

That being said, please make sure you like what you're purchasing.

I will only accept a refund on merchandise if it is defective. If this happens, please convo me and let me know what is wrong.
If I messed up and it is defective, ship it back to me and I will either replace the product or refund your money.

I absolutely will not accept "I changed my mind" refunds.

Refunds on custom made orders will NOT be honored unless there is a defect in the product.
