I have been creative all my life and always loved to draw. In later years this developed into papercrafting, primarily creating cards amongst other projects. I have been lucky enough to pass on my creativity to other like-minded people by designing for craft magazines and running craft classes, tutorials and demo’s. I currently sell some of my creations throughout the North East of England at various outlets but wanted to be able to go further a field. Therefore I opened this Etsy store.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately as everything sold is made from scratch I am unable to issue refunds.
Payment
For custom orders payment must be cleared before I make the goods.

For stock items payment must be cleared before I dispatch the goods.
Shipping
All of the items I sell are handcrafted from scratch so I ask for up to a fortnight so that I can make your item and it isn't rushed before shipping. I do, however, strive to ship items as soon as I can. Please bear in mind the time it takes to ship to you as well as the time for making the item.

UK shipping - smaller items are generally sent 1st Class. Larger items 2nd class Signed For. Heavy items such as the glass blocks which are over 2.5kg are sent via courier and can take up to 5 working days depending on the time of year.

Items sent outside of the UK but within the EU are sent International Standard which generally takes 3-4 working days.

For the rest of the world, items are also sent International Standard which takes 5-7 working days. Packages are sent this way to keep the price down. However should you like your package to be 'Tracked & Signed For' please ask before placing your order. Please note though, that this method of shipping does not expedite your order. It will still take 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please make every effort to locate your package, i.e. your local post office, neighbours or a similar address. Also consider possible seasonal delays before contacting me.

At the busy times of year, i.e. the lead up to Christmas, please consider how long it would take to make your item and also to ship it. I would hate for anyone to be disappointed.

All goods are either sent in padded bubble envelopes or boxes with bubble wrap packaging, making every effort for you to receive your goods safely. Unfortunately sometimes goods can get damaged through the shipping process and this is out of my hands. However, should this happen, please let me know and take a photo. Depending on what the item is, where it has been sent etc., we may be able to come to a compromise. But please bear in mind that everything I make is made from scratch.
