Be welcome! I'm glad you've come to visit my shop! I'm very happy you dropped by to visit! :)

I am a knitter, crocheter, and something of a jack-of-all-trades in the crafting realm. I work from my home, usually alone, but sometimes with the help of my husband and young son. Everything I make is created with love and care from the best materials I can find.

I love Nature. Sometimes my hand created goods contain re-purposed materials and often the packaging I use for shipments is recycled. I practice this both to help keep Mother Nature clean and happy and to help keep your shipping costs lower.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns are accepted if the item is not as described. Unfortunately, as I am a one-woman operation working from my own home with my own finances involved, I cannot pay for return shipping if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If there was a serious defect, however, please contact me ASAP so we can work out a resolution.

You must contact me within 2 weeks of purchase if you are interested in a return. Items must be returned to me within 30 days of purchase before a refund will be issued.

Please allow for some discrepencies with colors, as monitors do tend to differ in how they display colors. For example, photos I've taken and viewed on my cellphone screen look slightly different than they do when I look at the images on my laptop computer. Please bare that in mind when purchasing products such as hand dyed wools.
Payment
I accept Paypal. Other methods may be incorporated later, but for now, that's my only payment method.

Payment for purchases is expected within 3 days of purchase. Items are then shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, excepting Sundays or holidays in which the post office is closed.

Once you make a purchase, you've committed to buy. I do not accept cancellations generally. HOWEVER, if you have encountered some sort of personal emergency and need to cancel, we might be able to work out an agreement, so please contact me if that happens.
Shipping
I take packages to the post office within 3 business days of receiving payment, unless circumstances hinder me in doing so. I cannot post packages on Sundays or holidays in which the post office is closed. Please understand I live in Minnesota, and in winter, hazardous weather may prevent me from reaching the post office within the usual 3 day period, but if that happens, I will contact you to let you know.

All items are shipped via USPS. Depending on the product, First Class is used. However, if your item is breakable or otherwise requires more special handling, the product will be shipped via Priority.

I currently do not ship internationally, but may change this in the future.
