Processing (Turnaround) Time Before Shipment
***NOTE*** Due to the current COVID-19 shutdowns, our processing time will be 6-12 business days before shipment based on supply inventory and availability. PLEASE message us if you need items timely and we will check inventory/availability for you PRIOR to ordering.
This is stated in our Etsy Processing Time Policy on EACH listing as well as in our Shop Policies.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS and tracking information is provided at the time of shipment.
We are not responsible for old or incorrect addresses entered during the checkout process.
Once packages are in the hands of the USPS we are not responsible for them. We have no control over the USPS and their handling of your order while it is in transit to you.
If your package is lost you will need to reach out to your local USPS office with the tracking info provided to you & see if they can trace it.
If your items are damaged in shipping and you chose Priority mail then you can file an insurance claim at your local USPS.
If your package shows "delivered" but you have not received it, & you cannot locate it you will need to file a Police Report for theft.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We have a NO return or exchange policy listed here on Etsy because all orders are considered "custom" as we do not stock shirts. We order the specific shirt color/style/size that you request typically the same day you place the order (unless it is a weekend). The design you choose is then prepped and cut to wait for your shirt to arrive from the supplier and then is professionally pressed on a commercial heat press, just for you.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order up to 12 hours after purchase. If your cancellation request is received after 12 hours and before 3 days have passed, we will offer a cancellation/refund. After that window of time we are unable to offer cancellations/refunds as your specific shirt style/size/color will have been ordered from our suppliers and your vinyl design has already been cut for you
My order shows DELIVERED or DELAYED but I DO NOT HAVE IT!
Occasionally the post office will "Delay" a package and unfortunately we have absolutely NO control over that.
Take a moment to copy your tracking # and go to USPS.COM Enter the tracking # and sign up for EMAIL or TEXT ALERTS, for some reason that puts a fire under the postal employees butts. If it doesn't update for a couple of days please call USPS at: 1-800-275-8777
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" you will need to file a claim at your local post office. They will get in touch with your mail carrier to see where they left your package. If they can't find it, you'll need to file a lost or stolen complaint with USPS and your local police. Stolen Mail is a crime and needs to be reported.
We do NOT accept FORCED RETURNS!
It is our policy and right not to accept returns, and by forcing a return, we have the right to refuse the return.
What is a forced return?
If you refuse your package and it's sent back to us as “Refused/Return to Sender” or have repackaged and shipped it back to us on your own, it will be considered a forced return. Packages that are received in this form as well as “unknown recipient” or “unknown address” are regarded as a forced return. We will contact you through Etsy to notify you of the returned package. You will have 10 business days to purchase a RESHIP label listing from our shop to receive the item back or ship to a new address. After 10 days, you will have forfeited your package, and the item will be donated - NO REFUND DUE!
