All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete address at checkout. Please MAKE SURE the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will NOT send a replacement parcel nor offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" in the following cases:
- the address provided by you was incomplete or incorrect.
- the parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

Transit times could be longer if your parcel is held for inspection by your country's customs office or delayed/misrouted by the local postal service. We can not be responsible for any delays at Customs.

If you are using your work/business/student campus address please use first the name of the business and add your name, otherwise USPS might not deliver your order!

Returns for some items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for confirmation! A refund is not guaranteed if return is made with no notification. Returned items that were purchased with free shipping will be refunded less the shipping fees. Applicable shipping fees will be deducted from all refunds for returned items.
PurpleSoulHeart holds the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
There is absolutely NO RETURN for earrings.
There is a non-refundable $5.00 US return fee applied to some designs returned to us. This fee covers the cost of parts that need to be replaced where applicable.

I design modern, everyday, distinct handcrafted jewelry that is affordable, easy to wear and lasts.
Creating beautiful designs is food for my soul since forever. I have been designing jewelry from young age.
Over the years I improved my knowledge and techniques attending many design courses and jewelry making classes.
I am always thinking about my next design and inspire from beautiful objects and people around me.

    This is who I am:  I absolutely love making jewelry.  I am married and we have two beautiful boys.  For some long years I was a high school math teacher and I still enjoy teaching in my spare time (only).  Purple is my favorite color. 

Care instructions

Caring for your jewelry starts with proper wear. That means knowing when to put your jewelry on – and when to take it off.

~ Put jewelry on after applying makeup, perfume and hairspray. Also, handle gems and pearls as little as possible, since skin oil can build up over time and dull their appearance.

~ Remove your jewelry if you're going to do any manual labor, including housework.

~ A regular cleaning of your jewelry is a good idea for keeping them looking their best.

~ Store your jewelry in a plastic zipper bag to prevent air from tarnishing it when you aren't wearing it.

Wholesale availability

All jewelry is available for wholesale. Discounts vary between 30% and 50% off listing price. Please contact me for further information.

EARRINGS RETURN POLICY

There is absolutely no return for earrings. There is a non-refundable $5.00 USD return fee applied to some designs returned to me. This fee covers the cost of new replaced earwires where applicable.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for confirmation. A full refund is not guaranteed if returns are made without prior notification.

Hoop earrings and bracelets are NOT eligible for return or exchange!

Any international returns made due to refusal to accept the package based upon unexpected customs charges cannot be guaranteed a full refund.
