Staying true to the Process of “Handcrafted”

Over time I have made some hard choices about what it means to be an "Artist" and what was important to me as an "Artist".
I believe it is important for the Artist to stay close to the creation process. There have been many new technical "advances" that remove critical parts of the process away from the Artist's Hands so that it becomes more Machine-made than Hand-Made.
Sawing, Forging, Soldering, sanding, Filing, Polishing all by hand. It's a long but careful process... it's love and cares creating. It's more than about firing a couple of pieces of metal together in an asymmetrical design.

Many jewelers have taken a different path. but the process is what is true about Me.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased within 15 days of your receipt of your purchase. Please email me at vtate00 [!at] gmail.com to let me know you would like to request a return. Note: there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.

When returning your package, please include the following:

1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition

2) A copy of the original invoice

3) Please let me know the reason for your return -- I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.

Refunds will only be offered when the item(s) has been returned and the above has been honored.

*Custom orders are non refundable.

Please use a padded envelope or box for your returned item(s). Please, it is important insure your return or/and use a method that offers tracking to have a record of your shipment. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.
Payment
We accept payment via your PayPal account as well as Credit or Debit Cards via PayPal. We also will accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders, Items will then ship upon receipt of Money Order.
Shipping
Items will Ship within 2-3 days via Standard Ground Delivery. Items will be shipped Monday through Friday except on National Holidays. Most Items will reach you in 5 to 6 business days from the day payment received within the United States. Delivery time will varies for items shipping First Class International to Canada and Everywhere else. We do not ship to any APO/FPO address at this time.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.

Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me with your problem and I will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
