After I asked for customizations to my order, I felt as though I was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Product itself was great, but customer service could be "warmer" .. especially from a small business owner.

Spices and tea: a sweet smelling story.
I started my creative business while I was staying home with my young family. Having an online business offered me the perfect flexibility I needed at the time.
Since June of 2012, I have run my online business out of a combination studio and brick and mortar shop in Montreal. In April 2016 I moved to a new larger location (twice the size!) in the Saint-Henri district of Montreal.
Using Etsy to build and grow a successful creative business has been a great experience. I come to work every day smiling.

Please make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal, OR that you communicate with me if there is a discrepancy (i.e. when sending a gift).
Unless you get in touch with me to use a different address, your item will be shipped to your ETSY address. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
If an item is returned to me due to providing an incorrect address, or if the item is not claimed at the post office, I cannot be responsible for resending the item to you. I reserve the right to cancel a sale under these circumstances at my discretion. If the sale is canceled, your purchase price, minus the shipping fees, will be refunded to you.
I ship my spice kits, (small and large) to the US and EVERYWHERE ELSE by AIR MAIL, which takes between 4-12 business days, depending on your location. If you would like upgraded service, please convo me and I can make a custom shipping rate for you.
My spice racks are shipped EXPEDITED service, which takes about 1 week and has a parcel tracking feature and insurance included in the shipping fee. I can offer EXPRESS service if you need it, just convo me for a rate.
CANADIAN BUYERS: If you are wondering why my shipping rates to the US are lower than Canada, there is a good reason. Canada Post charges by postal code within Canada, which makes the rates higher. Shipping to the US is flat rate shipping (based on weight). If you convo me with your postal code I can get you and exact price for shipping. Any shipping overages of $1 or more will be refunded to you via PayPal.
I can ship via FedEx Ground within Canada. Please convo me for a rate before you make your purchase if you are interested in this service.
AUSTRALIAN AND ITALIAN BUYERS: Unfortunately I can no longer ship spice racks or spice kits to Australia due to AQIS regulations, or Italy because of import laws. If you make a purchase with an Australian or Italian shipping address, the sale will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Very occasionally, things get broken in transit. Any breakage will be replaced at no cost to you.
