For all customers outside Europe,please pay with paypal within 3 days. After you bought the item, there will be a button saying 'pay with paypal'. Click on it an you'll be directed to the paypal site, where you can log in and pay.

All European customers can also pay with bank transfer. Just choose 'other' as a payment method and I'll send you the information you need. When using bank transfer, please pay within 7 days.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and your Etsy address matches your PayPal-address! If they differ, I'll ship to your Etsy address.

I ship with Deutsche Post. After your item leaves the country, it will usually be shipped with your national postal service.
My items are sent to you in a pretty, sturdy box that I put in a padded envelope to make sure they don't get damaged.
I cannot guarantee time of delivery and all tariffs, customs or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's regulations for the items that are prohibited or restricted.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return your purchased items in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.You'll get a full refund of the purchase price(shipping costs are non-refundable). When the item arrives damaged, the refund will only be partial, depending on its condition.
Normally it takes up to 10 business days to get your item when you live outside Europe, inside Europe it's about 5 business days. Sometimes your items can be stuck somewhere though, so please be patient.
When you're really worried that your item may be lost (which happens very very rarely), your item arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, please contact me before leaving feedback. I'm sure we can work something out!
