At PurseNBootz, our goal is to bring you fun and functional merchandise that gives the world a snapshot of what you think is beautiful, interesting and handsome. We love quality vintage items that have stood the test of time and have only been enhanced with age.

While most things have been pre-owned, they have to meet many requirements in structural soundness! As you look at my goods, you'll see clean items. Some wear or signs of use should be expected.

NOTE: BECAUSE SHOES ARE VINTAGE, THEY HAVE NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. They are generally pre worn and they're in sound condition when they leave here. Please inspect immediately upon receipt, and if you see something, notify me within 3 days. Return in the same condition if you spot a problem that I didn't. This is YOUR job as the new owner. Don't wear them if you know there is a weak area I didn't see. I can't guarantee performance, so you must be the judge.

If there are flaws I spot, you'll see a photograph of it (such as a scuff on shoes) or a mention made in the description.

I believe we MUST have accessories - MANY, MANY, MANY accessories! They're the "trimmings" on life! They put the "YOU" in your look. Can you over- accessorize? Nah! It would just show that you're a "complex, interesting person." :)

We accepts PayPal and major credit cards -- refer here for more info on paying with a credit card http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361 - We also accepts payment via money order. If you choose to buy with a money order, you will need to send the money order before your item is shipped. You are welcome to buy with an E-check but be advised that your order will not ship until your payment clears.
Items go out within 2 days. Items will be sent USPS and have delivery confirmation on them. I'll email you with the tracking number when your item goes out.

Insurance is advised. I add insurance to packages if your shipping amount allows for it. If your item is Insured and arrives damaged, you can file a claim with USPS and they will reimburse you for purchase price and shipping cost. I will help you with that process.

I'll give you a combined shipping rate upon request. Usually the rates are CONSIDERABLY less. Please ask for your corrected shipping quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if there are any problems. We'll work it out to your satisfaction.

I try to give detailed information and pictures and a good representation of exactly what you can expect to find when you open your package. However, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, simply return it (undamaged) and I will send you a refund for the purchase price.

Note: Please do an inspection upon receipt. If for some reason you find a defect after you receive it that we didn't discover, you'll need to return it at your expense for a refund. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt as shown by the delivery confirmation scan. We will do an inspection to make certain the product is actually ours. Our products are discreetly marked with our ID. Occasionally, unscrupulous shoppers "buy and switch" -- even on Etsy.

Insurance is recommended on returns. No refund can be given for packages that are lost or damaged in shipment back to me, unless they are insured.
