Returns and exchanges
Although I prefer to say that all sales are final, if you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receipt and give me the opportunity to work with you--I want you to be happy with your purchase. Although it is rare, some items do get damaged in transit (those darn mail machines!) and will be repaired and returned to you at no charge of course. Postal insurance is always a good idea. Custom orders, deposits and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment
I prefer Paypal, and as always will accept money orders and personal checks. Shipment will be made within 3-5 business days of payment (confirmed Paypal or cleared checks). Feel free to check with me before purchasing if you have any questions. Brides: please give me your time frame and wedding date--I'm probably going to ask anyway ;-}

A minimum of 6-weeks lead time is requested on bulk orders such as for bridal parties etc. I do understand that it's not always possible to order that far in advance, and I am happy to work with you within your time frame. Rush order charges and express shipping will be applied.
Shipping
Orders ship regular First Class mail. Priority or Express shipping is available for an additional charge-please let me know before ordering and I'll adjust a listing for you.

World wide shipping is always available. You'll notice on purchases of multiple items you only pay a penny for shipping on the additional items!

If you have any other deadlines please let me know. I will get your order in the mail as quickly as possible and can most often ship sooner than 3-5 business days. Your order will arrive lovingly and tenderly packed in a padded envelope, via First Class mail. If you would like to purchase delivery confirmation, insurance, or expedited shipping I will be happy to work with you.
Additional policies and FAQs
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on large custom order, with the balance due in full before shipment is made. Slight variations/substitutions may be necessary in some materials such as clasp style--I will always let you know in advance. Please note that custom requests for additional birthstones or length of items may incur a slight charge to cover the cost of additional materials. Limited Warranty: Although I test all my items for strength, accidents do happen; If you return any of my items within 30 days of receipt I will repair or restring at no charge (it hasn't happened yet!) Always handle all jewelry items with care.
