Unstoppable!

Sometimes life events give a good reason to follow your heart more. My creative side has therefore been given plenty of space. The point-of-no-return has been achieved: I can no longer stop letting creativity flow. I want to create things! Make the world a little more beautiful!

But that's not just my party... What I hope? That it makes you happy, too. That what I make brightens your day. Something that makes you proud to wear, or to have in your house. Because it is soft, warm, colorful, cheerful, different, unique.... Because it puts a smile on your face. My motto is 'creating smiles....'. What you find in this shop are all pieces of me, made with a lot of love. I'm glad I can share it with you here.

In my work, you come across a lot of color. I love it! The canvas is my playground, i can't get enough of balls of yarn and the camera is my digital brush.

How do I return my product?

- Within 14 days of receiving your article, report that you don't want to keep it. Please send an email to info@qeimoy.com and include your name, order number, item and date of receipt of your package. Please note that for any refund of the purchase amount, the item must be received by Qeimoy within 21 days!
- Print-on-demand items are custom / personalized orders and are excluded from return / exchange. However, if there is a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and I will try to solve it for you.
- Make sure you pack the item properly for shipping, e.g. in the original packaging.


Who pays for the return shipment?

As a customer, you bear the shipping costs and the shipping risk. It is therefore advisable to send the return package registered. If the item is not returned in pristine condition by Qeimoy, a depreciation can be calculated or there won't be a refund at all.

With washable items you receive washing instructions. Follow these to keep your purchase in good condition.

Where can I find the general terms and conditions and the withdrawal form?

The terms and conditions are available under 'Privacy Policy'. They have been added to the privacy policy. You will also find the cancellation form, which you need in case of a return.
