Excellent quality bracelet and great service. A suggestion is that it would be helpful to potential buyers if some type of scale, such as a ruler or coin, could be used in photos to help determine actual size of jewelry. AAA+++

Payment
All payments must be in US Dollars. I accept money orders (US Postal Service, Canadian Postal System money orders in US Dollars, or Western Union preferred), personal checks that have been CERTIFIED by the issuing bank (your bank), bank bill pay, cashier's checks (or bank checks or teller's checks or officer's checks - different names for the same things), and money transfers by MoneyGram (available at Wal-Mart and other locations) and Western Union. I do NOT accept personal checks which have not been certified. All payments must be in US Dollars (not Canadian Dollars, Euros, or whatever) made payable to Robert Bullard. I so thoroughly dislike e-Bay and its associated entity, Pay-Pal, and how they are run, that I will not do business with them. I will do my best to accurately describe the item(s) and to respond to any e-mails that you may send to me before and after the sale, but since I normally get to check e-mails just once or twice per day, it would be unrealistic to expect an instantaneous response to your e-mail. Be sure to get answers to any questions you may have BEFORE you click to purchase. Clicking to purchase creates a legally enforceable contract. You pay for shipping the item(s). All items sent to a destination within the USA will be shipped insured. Items shipped outside the USA can be shipped Registered Mail or Priority Mail insured at additional expense. Contact me to obtain those costs. If you purchase more than one of my items within an appropriately short time frame, I can ship the assorted items together with a reduction in shipping and handling charges. If payment is not received within ten days of the purchase I may choose, at my option, to regard the purported purchase as a nullity. I am then free to re-list or to not re-list the item for sale. Good two-way communication can frequently ensure that both parties emerge from the transaction satisfied and that negative feedback is avoided.

If you purchase more than one of my items within an appropriately short time frame, I can ship the assorted items together with a reduction in shipping and handling charges. I will normally ship within three business days after payment clears.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. I am motivated to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase because I want you to be a satisfied customer who will be a many time repeat customer. If your purchase is not as represented, you can return the item(s) at your cost by United States Mail, with insurance, within ten days of receiving the item. Before returning the item(s) you must first contact me by e-mail or by phone and obtain a confirmation number, so that I know to expect the return. Return the item(s) in original condition in a sound box with appropriate packing materials to receive your money back.
