A hobby expands into a passion

Quattro Photography truly began as a hobby in 1997. As our world travels expanded and our photographs improved it grew into a passion. In 2010, quattrophotography.com became a reality and a way for us to share our pictures with our family, friends and more. In 2012 our family and friends introduced us to Etsy and encouraged us to start a shop-so here we go! We hope that you enjoy our photos!

Thanks for visiting our shop. Please find the answers to a few common questions related to custom orders, shipping, payment, returns and general shop policies below.

Shipped prints will NOT have the qp watermark on them.

MAY I ORDER AN EXTRA LARGE PRINT OR CUSTOM SIZE?
Yes. If you don't see what you like, contact us by clicking the contact button under the "shop owner" section on the left-hand side of our shop page. We can make most prints a custom size on photography paper, card stock, metal and canvas.

Returns and exchanges
MAY I HAVE A REFUND?
We are happy to provide a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange for goods in their original condition provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your print arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to us, and we’d be happy to replace it.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
We accept major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS?
All payments need to be made at the time of the order.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In store stock orders can be cancelled up to the day they are shipped. Custom orders can be cancelled up to the date the we make the final printing order.
Shipping
WILL THE WATERMARK IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE PRINT BE ON MY PRINTS.
No, all watermarks will be removed on your prints.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All prints are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard box or larger prints or posters may be rolled in a standard cardboard shipping tube.

DO I HAVE TO PAY MULTIPLE SHIPPING COSTS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
No, if the items are of similar size, then the highest shipping cost will be used, and the other items will have a $1.00 shipping cost as listed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Prints smaller than 8"x12" will ship within 3-5 business days of the order. All custom and larger orders are custom printed and made once the order is received. All prints will be inspected prior to shipping to you, and may take as long as 2 weeks. Our goal is to have your items shipped within 1 week, but due to the labor-intensive production process for the prints, if that is not possible, we will keep you informed of the status of your order. Let me know if you need it quickly for an occasion. Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we ship internationally on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss international shipments.

CAN I GET MY ITEM FASTER?
Sure! If you'd like to upgrade to a faster service (usually Express Mail), just let us know via email or convo and we will send you an invoice for the difference.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can assess the situation further.

If your print arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to us, and we’d be happy to replace it.
