Welcome to Queen Bean Jewels! I am really happy you are here, and hope you enjoy my items. Bottom line regarding all policies, special and custom order is communication. I find that all things are possible with polite and prompt communication.

My etsy store is the result of my love of making jewelry and all kinds of design. I am a graphic and web designer who has also been a silversmith and certified PMC artist for many years. Many of my pieces are a fusion of all my skills (and sometimes wacky personality).

All items are hand made by me. I welcome custom orders and can often make items in my “sold” section just for you. Just let me know!

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your hand made item. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item if you have any issues, and require a refund or an exchange. I want to do everything I can to make sure you are as happy with your purchase as I was to make it.

You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be in it's original, unworn condition, with original tags still attached and/or original packaging if there are any.

If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, please let me know so I can contact the UPS, with insurance claim, and work to replace, refund or credit you for item, as appropriate.
Payment
I do request payment at time of order via paypal. I only ship to the paypal address on file, which is for both our protection. I will consider UPS money orders, if you email me to let me know you wish this option. If paypal payment or communication is not received within 5 days, I will need to put my item back in my store. Thank you for understanding.

Custom orders under $25 must be paid at time of order, items over $25 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start, with final payment due prior to shipping.
Shipping
I ship within 3 business days (M-F) after payment is received. Keep in mind, that I cannot ship until Paypal echecks clear. All International orders must be paid via Paypal payments.

I ship via USPS first class or parcel post with insurance and delivery confirmation. If you would prefer, you may pay for a faster shipping method, I would be happy to accomdate you.

For custom orders, per my custom order policies below, I will let you know when item if completed, and will ship within 3 business days of receipt of final payment.

International Shipping:
I am happy to ship internationally. Based on varied shipping times, customs and charges, I will happily quote you a shipping price to your particular country.
