Hi! I've been making jewelry for about 15 years. As with many patents, I wear many hats. Wife and mom to two busy teenage boys.

I'm a jewelry maker, bookkeeper, baker, reader and homemaker.

I love learning new jewelry making techniques and love trying new things. I am passionate about making jewelry and gather a great amount of happy when clients love my creations.

I believe in doing my very best work, with good quality materials that will last for years.

Returns and exchanges
It is my responsibility to deliver my jewelry to you in good condition. If, on the rare occasion, that there has been damage, I will need notification within 3 days of receiving the package and a photo(s) of the damaged jewelry and packaging. If such does occur, I will replace or refund, as decided between me, the seller, and you, the buyer.

Any other problem must be reported within five (5) days for a refund.

I do my best to give an accurate description and photos.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within five (5) days of receiving it. Returns will be excepted only in the orginal condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping.

Items shipped back must be packed in the same way as it was received. If an item arrives damaged, for any reason, I cannot refund your purchase.
Payment
All payments are processed through Paypal or credit card payments through Etsy direct checkout.

Custom orders require 50% deposit before I can begin work on them.

Please, could you ensure that you complete payment within 1 day of purchase.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please convo me, so that I can allow more time.

Please note, items will not be shipped until the full payment has been received and has cleared.

Payment via Paypal echeck takes 3-5 days to clear.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. I will ship with three (3) business days of completed sale.

If for some reason your purchase will take longer to ship, I will let you know. This should not happen, but sometimes life does.

The item you have purchased is ready to be shipped. All packages will have tracking information, that I will forward to you.

Insurance is available by request and paid for by buyer. If package is lost and no insurance has been purchased, there will be no refund.

International shipping: All international orders ship USPS First Class International Mail. Please contact me for international shipping prices. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay duties, fees and taxes upon receipt.

For international customers, please note that customs in each country can be slow and that packages can take anything from 2 weeks to a month. If your package has not arrived 1 month after shipping, then please contact me, so I can try and sort it out.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, to be sent directly to the recipient, please let me know at checkout. I will gift wrap and include a card with your message. Let me know what you would like it to say.

I am ALWAYS happy to consider special orders. I love to customize jewelry for you. It has been a big part of my business since the beginning. Changing the color of metal, clasp style, ear wire... I'm very flexible on changes like that.
